Depending on the model, ONYX NOVA systems provide humidity control, fresh-air treatment or heat recovery together with three-stage air filtration using Primary, HEPA and Activated Carbon filters. Core, Aero, PolarStar and Alpha also include an ionization module for additional air treatment.
Indoor environment
A property may feel cool while indoor humidity remains high. At the same time, dust, fine particles, odours and other airborne contaminants can affect indoor air quality.
ONYX NOVA addresses both sides of the indoor environment: humidity control and air treatment.
Two systems, two jobs
Air-conditioning primarily controls indoor temperature. ONYX NOVA controls excess humidity and, depending on the model, also provides air filtration, fresh-air treatment and additional air purification. Together, the systems help maintain a more stable and comfortable indoor environment.
How it works
Most ONYX NOVA solutions are concealed ducted systems installed separately from the air-conditioning system. Air is drawn into the ONYX NOVA system for treatment. Depending on the product, the system may control humidity, treat fresh air or recover heat. Core, Aero, PolarStar and Alpha also use three-stage filtration with Primary, HEPA and Activated Carbon filters, together with an ionization module for additional air treatment.
ONYX Core uses its own engineered return and supply ducts. Where the interior design allows, the ONYX NOVA and AC air paths may use separate sections of the same visible grille, helping preserve a clean ceiling appearance while keeping the systems functionally separate.
