How ONYX NOVA handles the information you share with us through this website.

Who we are

“ONYX NOVA” operates this website and is the controller of personal data submitted through it. Our registered office is {{addressFull}}.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or callback request we collect the details you provide: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally your email address, property type, main concern, preferred contact time, location, property size, project stage and any message you add.

We do not require any information beyond what is needed to respond to your enquiry.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, to arrange an assessment where requested, and to provide related technical advice. We do not sell personal data.

How enquiries are stored and handled

Enquiries submitted through this website are validated on our server and stored in our secure enquiry database. Access is restricted to authorised ONYX NOVA personnel through a protected backend; the records are not publicly readable and cannot be edited or deleted from the browser.

Along with the details you provide, we store the form type, the page you submitted from, your chosen website language, the submission time and any campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through. We do not store your IP address in the enquiry record; a salted, one-way value derived from the connection is kept briefly and separately, solely to limit automated submissions.

When email notification is configured, a notification containing your enquiry details is sent to info@onyxnova.me so that our team can respond.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months and are then deleted or anonymised automatically, unless a longer period is required by law or to maintain records of work carried out.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting {{email}}.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-7T1S0GLP2S), provided by Google, to understand how the website is used and to improve its content. Analytics is disabled by default and is only enabled after you accept it in the cookie banner.

Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented. Before any consent is given, analytics storage is denied and all advertising consent settings (ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation) are denied. If you accept, only analytics storage is granted; advertising tracking remains switched off at all times because it is not used.

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects technical and usage data such as pages viewed, language version, referrer and campaign parameters, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interaction events (contact link clicks, assessment enquiry clicks, product page views and successful enquiry submissions). Enquiry events record only the form type, language and page path. We never send names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, addresses, enquiry identifiers or any form content to Google Analytics.

The purpose of this processing is statistical measurement of website use and improvement of our content and services. The legal basis is your consent.

You can withdraw or change your decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer, and by clearing your browser storage for this site. This website does not set advertising cookies.
